Experienced human resources professionals are encouraged to consider an available Human Resources Manager position with Liberty Healthcare.
This is a key management role which will lead a wide array of human resources functions in support of 175 valued employees who work for Liberty at the Robert M. Greer Center in Enid, OK.
The Greer Center is an intermediate care facility which supports adults who are living with developmental disabilities.
As Liberty Healthcare’s HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the hiring and onboarding of new staff
- Working with managers to address personnel issues
- Promoting a high performance culture
- Fostering employee engagement
- Developing and implementing retention strategies
- Managing workmen’s compensation claims
- Advising on employment law
- Serving a contributing member of the facility’s leadership team
- Partnering with Liberty Healthcare’s corporate HR, Payroll, Legal, Performance Improvement and Recruiting teams
As a full-time employee of Liberty, you can expect:
- Salary between $80,000 and $105,000 (depending on qualifications)
- 30 days of paid time off each year for holidays, vacation, sick leave, and personal days
