Provider and Utilization Review Manager - developmental disabilities

Due to continued organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare Corporation is now hiring for a new Provider and Utilization Review Manager position.

This is a key position which will support Liberty Healthcare Corporation’s partnership with the State of Nebraska’s Department of Health and Human Services Division of Developmental Disabilities.

As Liberty Healthcare’s Provider and Utilization Review Manager, you will help deliver a continuous quality assurance and improvement program which optimizes myriad facets of a complex statewide developmental disabilities service delivery system – while always keeping a person centered approach and considering individual’s strengths and abilities.

The focus of this role will be to oversee onsite provider reviews and utilization review processes related to home and community-based services for older adults and people who are living with developmental disabilities.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Managing all onsite provider review and utilization review processes and activities

• Leading a statewide team of Provider Review Specialists and Utilization Review Specialists

• Evaluating reviews and addressing the findings

• Data analysis and reporting

• Taking an active leadership role in myriad quality control, quality assurance, and quality improvement activities

• Actively participating in meetings with stakeholders at the State of Nebraska’s Division of Developmental Disabilities

• Staying informed of best practices in the aging and disability service field

• Ensuring quality supports are aligned with person centered principles

You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:

• Five years of experience consistent with the responsibilities described above

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting

• Experience developing and executing quality initiatives

• Healthcare or human services experience – ideally in the home and community based services or developmental disabilities services fields

• Bachelor's degree

This position will require you to regularly work in-person in an office in Lincoln and also allow you the opportunity to occasionally work from your home office.
