Liberty Healthcare is establishing a new statewide program in Maryland which will provide strategies that enhance the quality of life and help to ensure the health and wellbeing for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

To support this initiative, Liberty is now hiring for several full time ‘Quality Specialist” positions.

As a Quality Specialist with Liberty Healthcare, your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing Waiver Basic Assurance Reviews (level of care and service plans)
  • Reviewing and analyzing results of National Core Indicator surveys
  • Analyzing information from reviews and surveys – then comparing against established standards
  • Writing detailed summary reports with corrective action measures
  • Collaborating with a wide array of stakeholders

You will regularly use various computer databases – including the State of Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration Provider Consumer Information System (PCIS2), the National Core Indicators online database (ODESA), and Liberty Healthcare’s proprietary database.

You can expect a salary of $50,000, thirty days of paid time off annually, benefits and other perks.
