Marketer for Home Health Care Agency, Monday-Friday
We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated marketer who preferably has existing relationships and understands the importance of building new relationships with all referral sources to include physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, social workers, discharge planners and others. If you are a self-starter who is quick on your feet and can think and solve problems and are a go-getter who is a creative out of the box thinker to find different ways to generate results, you will succeed and flourish in our organization. What You Will Do:
- Represent the Home Care Agency at various community events
- Educate the community and the referral sources on home care services
- Represent the Home Care Agency at various community and business meetings to promote the advantages of home care and a working partnership with the Home Care Agency
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Understand the mission and carry it out
- Establish a strong relationship with physicians, discharge planners, social workers, and facilities, educates the community and referral sources on the Home Care Agency services
- Make compelling and convincing sales presentations educating others on features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the Home Care Agency
- Work closely with team members and foster a team environment
- Develop and implement new marketing and sales ideas and methods
- Maintain a “can do” attitude that focuses on solving problems, making progress, and causing improvement while moving forward and minimizing blame
- Work with the Home Care Agency team on sales strategies
- Work with management on development and implementation of new policies/procedures for more streamlined referral processes (as necessary)
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills along with verbal, written and listening skills
- Ability to maintain a courteous and service-oriented relationship with referral sources and customers
- Time management and organization skill along with the ability to meet deadlines
- Understand that travel is about 90% daily, so effective and efficient planning, scheduling, routing, and time management are paramount
- Conduct yourself in an honest and ethical manner
- Work well under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Be extremely pro-active, never wait to be told
- Detail oriented even while multi-tasking
- Ability to quickly adapt to change and solve arising problems on ongoing basis
- Excellent organizational and record keeping skills, nothing is wasted or forgotten
- Ability to work efficiently with focus on productivity and results
- Advanced relationship management and development and customer service skills
- Ability to innovate and bring new ideas to the organization which will result in new business

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet use
- Have a reliable working car, required insurance and an approved driver’s license
