SUMMARY: Plans, coordinates and manages food service operations and staff to ensure safe, high quality, cost effective and timely meal service.
Required Education/Training: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Required Experience: Two (2) years' experience in a fast paced food service setting; two (2) years' supervisory experience. Experience with managing employees, employee training, food safety, sanitation, food service operations and customer service.
Required Licensure/Certification/Registration: ServSafe Manager certification within 60 days
Preferred Education/Training: Master's Degree
Preferred Experience: Healthcare food service and food service management experience. Five (5) years food service management experience.
Preferred Licensure/Certification/Registration: Registered Dietitian; Licensed Dietitian (State of Missouri)
