What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bank Operations / Data Processor position at Liberty National Bank Iowa & South Dakota?
Liberty National Bank in Sioux City, IA is seeking an employee to fill an Operations / Data Processor position that is hard working, motivated & detail oriented.
Duties & qualifications include:
- Assists with the daily functions of the Operations Department, including incoming and outgoing ACH files and ACH returns, incoming and outgoing wire transfers, cash letter processing, proof, update, ATM processing, savings bond processing, account maintenance, statement preparation, research and customer support.
- Assists with the daily functions of the return item processing, including incoming and outgoing return items, ACH returns, rejects, warnings, deposit verifications, research and support.
- Assists with the reconciliation of general ledger accounts. Monitors maintenance journal. Reviews participation and loan advance reports. Investigates questionable entries.
- Provides service for all electronic banking products. This includes Cash Management, Remote Deposit, Mobile Check Deposit & all other related services offered by the Bank.
Degree in Finance or Management; or minimum 5 years of experience or training in Bank Operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Hourly wage is negotiable based on experience.
Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
