Our client has a full time opening for a Contracts Attorney. This is an onsite role. They're a global industry leader seeking a self-starter who can handle a wide variety of legal responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, including confidentiality agreements and sales contracts.
- Provide guidance on contract terms and assist in dispute resolution.
- Manage subsidiary units and oversee insurance portfolio administration.
- Ability to translate legal concepts into business language and collaborate across functions.
- Strong multitasking skills, adaptability to fast-paced environments, and problem-solving aptitude.
- Meticulous attention to detail, integrity, and dedication to precision.
- J.D. from an accredited law school and eligibility for PA, NJ, or NY bar (or ability to obtain PA in-house license).
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial contracts, preferably within manufacturing or related
