Good client of mine has an Office in Pittsburgh and looking for Lead Highway Engineer.

Highway Engineer-Project Manager


Job Description and Duties:

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • PE License in PA.
  • Can take a project from start to finish.
  • Business development experience.
  • 10-25 years’ experience working as a Highway Engineer for a Consulting Firm.
  • 5 years of experience working on PENNDOT projects.
  • Experience with design, transportation studies, and county and municipal projects.
  • Experience with highway quality control, contract negotiations, cost control, and meetings.
