Interior Designer

Well respected Architectural Firm in NC is looking for someone who is looking to utilize their creativity and experience. Position is full time/permanent with outstanding medical, dental, 401k, quarterly bonuses, and limitless upward mobility.

Job Duties and Requirements:

  • BS in Interior Design
  • 2-7 years’ experience as an Interior Designer for a Firm that specializes in designing a diversity of projects.
  • Proficient with AutoCAD or Revit to create drawings.
  • Experience with commercialand government projects a plus.
  • Read and Interpret blueprints.
  • Follow up with client to ensure design specifications have been met.
  • Enhance the function, safety, and aesthetics of interior spaces
  • Select samples, including flooring, carpet, and paint to be approved by client.
  • Choose color palettes.
  • Read and interpret blueprints.
  • Draw up floor plans and sketches
