Job description
We are hiring a Call Center Rep. to provide our members with excellent customer service. We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team. Our Call Center Representatives are often the first point of contact to our members. We are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to member’s satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions. Verbal and written skills are a plus.
- Responsibilities
- Answering or making calls to our members.
- Answering text messages and emails.
- Helping members navigate through online banking.
- Cross selling our products.
- Making transactions for the member.
- Inputting personal information such as documents for loan processing.
- Ordering Debit cards, checks.
- Interacting with other depts. such as Accounting for ACH payments, and Collections for payment arrangements
- Transfer calls to other depts./ branches
- Provides a variety of customer service and assistance functions effectively and efficiently
Job Type: Full-Time
Monday to Friday 9am/10AM– 5pm/6PM
Must be available to work 2 Saturdays per month 9am-1pm.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of previous experience but we are willing to train the right individual. Skills should include: attention to detail, problem solving, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. PC skills including Excel are helpful but not necessary. Bilingual is a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
