Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Skills
- Take customer inbound calls
- Inbound Scheduling
- Support Office Manager & Operations Manager
- Data entry and archiving
- Purchasing and managing supplies and office maintenance items
- Address customers concerns in a timely manner
- Highly proficient with MS Office software (word, excel, outlook)
- Excellent typing/word processing abilities with very high accuracy
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong math skills
- Other responsibilities assigned as needed

Directions
I-5 South to exit 127 (Puyallup/512 interchange). Take a right onto South Tacoma Way. Go through two stop lights. Take a left on 94th Street (across from the Days Inn). Follow the road down to the curve. Enter through the gate/speed bump and keep to the right. Follow the driveway through the semi-trailers and come into the office.
