Liberty Village of Marion is a beautiful retirement campus that is currently looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidate for their Medical Records Clerk position.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for resident’s chart set-up and completing all checklists.
  • Responsible to monitor and track resident’s physicals, Mantoux, and physician’s visits.
  • Complete chart audits for all skilled care and sheltered care.
  • Responsible for inventory, ordering, and stocking of nursing supplies, per the order of the Director of Nursing.
  • Provide documents for Public Health surveyors and coordinate gathering of information as requested.
  • Complete abaqis assessments.
  • Complete data entry on MatrixCare.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 Year of Experience in Medical Records
  • Ability to Pass a Criminal Background Check
