CNC Mechanic
Summary: The CNC Mechanic is responsible for maintaining all CNC production equipment and the ability to troubleshoot, repair, install, adjust, modify, and service using CNC knowledge and expertise.
Responsibilities of the CNC Mechanic include:
· Troubleshoot CNC equipment to identify issues and take necessary corrective actions to repair, replace, or rebuild.
· Perform PMs on all CNC equipment.
· Inspect, lubricate, and adjust or repairs as needed.
· Perform PMs and other Maintenance tasks as assigned.
· Follow all Environmental, Health & Safety rules and regulations.
· Follow Lockout/Tag out Safety policy and good manufacturing practices.
· Perform Tasks that are assigned in a timely manner.
· Perform with urgency.
· Ability to work outside the box.
· Ability to work in dirty and tough environment.
· Ability to work on other areas Maintenance repairs and PM’s.
Requirements/Qualifications:
· 4 years of experience working as a CNC Mechanic.
· Ability to work independently with minimal Supervisory.
· Must have strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Hydraulic systems.
· Ability to read Electrical and Hydraulic prints for CNC equipment.
· Strong CNC Knowledge Required
· Ability to lift, bend, stand, walk for extended periods of time.
· Strong Knowledge of other areas of Maintenance Required
Salary : $22 - $26
