NOW HIRING: FULL-TIME PROGRAM SUPERVISOR WORK MONDAY-FRIDAY, OFF ON THE WEEKENDS, DAY & EVENING HOURS.
Position Description: The Program Supervisor provides leadership and direction to direct support professionals in the care of individuals being served in the residential setting(s) in accordance with the clients Individual Abuse Prevention Plan (IAPP), Self-Management Assessment (SMA) and the Coordinated Service and Support Plan Assessment (CSSP-A). The Program Supervisor will ensure oversight for the licensing components assigned at the management level, ensuring compliance with Minnesota Department of Human Services licensing guidelines. The Program Supervisor will provide introductory training to new direct support professionals, maintain the budget of the program, and complete the necessary documentation for individuals per 245D licensing guidelines.
Qualifications: Seeking reliable candidates with excellent communication skills, patience, versatility, and the ability to be a team leader and player. Additional qualifications include having a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, reliable vehicle with proof of personal automobile insurance, and prior experience in residential or educational setting (experience with 245D a plus).
Education: Minimum High School diploma or its equivalent required, but higher education background is a plus, but not required.
Experience: Preferred applicants with supervisor experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or similar conditions with an educational background.
