Job Overview:

We are seeking an Grassroots Associates to join our team. As an Associate, you will be responsible for talking to local hispanics in your area. We will be talking about the brand and talking about issues, laws and candidates that affect our community. This will be achieved by knocking doors and filling out surveys in your area!

Duties:

- Knocking doors and talking to latinos in your area

- Staying on top of you supplies for the job and being prepared for work daily

- Being adaptive when new surveys are added and new areas need to be knocked

- Meeting with you supervisor regularly for performance checks

- Once a week calling Latinos for a few hours off the clock for a meal of your choice

Qualifications:

- No prior experience needed all will be taught but a drive to work hard needed!

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus but English required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 60 per week
