Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance. Open and Close the store on assigned day. Sometimes we do work alone on a shift
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues or complaints
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experience
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store manager for replenishment
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store appearance. Handling and merchandise shipment while working on your shift.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures. Deposit bank deposits and get change from the bank when needed.
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies

- This is a very busy store, there is always something to do, so having time management skills is a plus.

Skills:
- Bilingual Preferred (fluency in English and Spanish)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar role
- Proficient in basic math for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to drive sales growth
- Knowledge of store management principles and procedures
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
