Early Childhood Spanish Teacher

Job Description: Early Childhood Teacher Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering language development and cultural awareness in young children. Your primary responsibility will be to create an engaging and immersive language environment for our students.

Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development:
• Develop lesson plans and curricula based on the needs of individual students.
• Design age-appropriate activities that promote language acquisition and cultural understanding.
• Incorporate play-based learning and interactive experiences to enhance language skills.
• Language Instruction:
• Provide conversational classes where pronunciation, vocabulary, and important words and phrases are taught.
• Teach writing and composition classes.
• Foster a positive and patient demeanor to encourage student participation.
• Research and Innovation:
• Stay informed about effective teaching methods, materials, and language games that can be used in class.
• Continuously seek ways to improve language instruction and adapt to the needs of diverse learners.
• Communication:
• Maintain open communication with parents and families.
• Provide progress reports that reflect the abilities and progress of each child.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Spanish, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Spanish (native or near-native fluency preferred).
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.

Work Schedule:

• 1-2 hours per week (flexible schedule).

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
