Responsible for providing quality services to a caseload of clients dealing with substance use disorders, mental illness, or both. Primary services include individual, family, and group therapy. Primary populations include individuals experiencing homelessness and clients with court involvement. Flexible hours are required.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or a mental health related field with Kentucky licensure or board eligibility.
- Ability to work evening hours.
- Experience facilitating groups and providing substance abuse counseling preferred.
- Provide services and outreach to populations interacting with the Warren County Court House and to the homeless population
- Provide individual, family, group therapy, and psychosocial assessments for children and adults with mental illness, substance use disorders, or both.
- Maintain an average of 5-6 hours daily billable service at Clinic, community partner locations, schools, homes, and via telehealth during regular weekday operating hours.
- Provide emergency on-call services as needed; after hours and on weekends (scheduled in advance and reimbursed beyond base pay).
- Work for the agency with the widest and most intensive array of Behavioral Health services in South Central Kentucky, serving children and adults since 1966.
- Be a part of interdisciplinary teams at every location, with the largest group of Behavioral Health Professionals in the region; including Case Managers, Peer Support Staff, Psychiatric providers and others.
- Opportunities to supplement base pay; including performance bonuses over $10,000 a year for service billing.
