IMPORTANT DETAILS :

This role is based on-site in Hudson, New Hampshire

Our compensation strategy combines robust market data for companies our size and an innovative bonus program

We have the following shifts available at this time.

Weekday Shift 2, Tuesday - Friday (4 10-hour shifts), 4pm - 2 : 30am

Weekend Shift 2 Saturday - Monday (3 12-hour shifts) 5 : 30pm - 5 : 30 am

YOUR OBJECTIVE

You ensure customer orders are executed correctly and shipped in a timely manner. You will be responsible for communicating instructions to other employees, training them, motivating them, and keeping their work areas safe.

Your work helps spread the power of optimism to a growing community of people who believe optimism is the most powerful way to live a healthy, fulfilling life.

You will also perform fulfillment duties as needed : pick / pack orders, put away products, troubleshoot robots, ensure inventory accuracy, and ship customer orders.

YOUR JOB

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

You lead teams of employees to pick customer orders

You support shipping as directed and assist in receiving of trucks / shipments as needed

You monitor performance and execute corrective actions

You locate and confirm products into picking bins

You troubleshoot robots

You break down empty boxes in the zones throughout the shift

You perform end-of-shift housekeeping responsibilities

You follow all safety procedures

You ensure a clean and safe work area

You report ANY equipment issues to the supervisor immediately

Requirements

Your Experience and Qualifications :

You have 1-2 years’ experience in a distribution center using heavy equipment

You read and write basic English

You have a high school diploma or equivalent

You have a current valid driver's license

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Standing, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, pushing and pulling are continuously required activities of this position.

You have an ability to perform physical activities such as lifting heavy objects up to 30-50 pounds frequently and use a
