You have deep experience in the art and science of eCommerce, preferrably in the apparel industry. You have personally led a broad team of both internal and external talent focused on merchandising, direct marketing, eCommerce technology and operations. You do your best work with your sleeves rolled up, leading people and driving innovation while managing workload and process. Your successes include the hands-on leadership of a growing consumer-centric brand that delivers outstanding customer experiences.

YOUR OBJECTIVE
Manage and grow the $100M eCommerce business in a brand-enhancing manner. You will have full P&L ownership of the business unit (LifeisGood.com and marketplaces).
YOUR JOB
Lead a large team encompassing the functions of Merchandising, Direct Response Marketing, eCommerce Operations, and eCommerce Technology.
Merchandising: Present a compelling assortment by leading the team responsible for:
- building the merchandising plan and buying all products for the website, including licensed products
- managing our blank inventory levels to maximize our domestic print-on-demand capabilities
- determining the email marketing calendar and content
Direct Response Marketing: Grow our brand and business by leading the team responsible for:
- managing paid social, SEM, SEO, affiliate partnerships, direct mail, and box stuffers
- conducting site analytics
- merchandising products on the website to support brand and marketing initiatives
eCommerce Operations: Enable commerce by leading the team responsible for effectively managing:
- the day-to-day operations of the business unit
- site changeouts and site testing
- product launches and project management
- email coding and deployment
- inventory feeds
- communications with our Customer Care team
- building enhancements to the website through in-house and outsourced development resources,
- researching emerging technologies
- ensuring that Life is Good has the appropriate, scalable technology to meet our business and brand objectives.
Negotiate and execute eCommerce contracts and service-level agreements.
Identify and implement strategies for customer acquisition and customer retention.
Champion a consumer-centric focus by analyzing and reporting on sales, profitability, and marketing efforts.
Recommend opportunities for revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost savings leading to increased EBITDA.
