SUPPORT STAFF II

This position will function within the Colorado Springs Pregnancy Center. We seek a compassionate and well-organized individual who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This position will have direct contact with the patients to provide assistance and help determine appropriate needs. The role includes administrative tasks to support the day-to-day functions of the office. It offers an individual a rewarding opportunity to minister in a dynamic and growing evangelistic ministry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides patient advocacy care to patients
• Maintains relevant knowledge of resources to appropriate referrals
• Maintains current and accurate patient data
• Assists as front desk receptionist as needed
• Assists director with administrative needs for proper functioning of a medical office
• Assists with monthly patient reporting
• May require working from one of our multiple centers
• Participates in staff development events and volunteer in-services
• Participation by all staff is required at Life Network's major events

EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma
• 2-3 years of related experience
• Spanish speaking a plus

• Strong advocate for sanctity of life issues
• Possesses Christian testimony with evidence of Christian maturity in personal and professional life
• Active commitment in a local church
• A passion for the ministry accomplished through Life Network and a heart for reaching the lost of our community/world with the Gospel
• Teachable spirit and functions well in team environment
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, both oral and written
• Possesses a high degree of professionalism and maturity
• Self-motivated and attention to detail
• Efficient, organized, and able to prioritize work and multitask
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and Internet savvy
• Aptitude to learn software programs and systems
• Flexible in unanticipated and unusual situations

CLASSIFICATION

Full-time at 40 hours per week. Pay range is $16.00 to $19.50. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, with flexibility for one evening a week and occasional Saturdays. Reports to Pregnancy Services Director.
