Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all financial reporting and analysis.
• Develop and implement workflows and policies relating to financial management, budgeting, forecasting, internal and external reporting.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly operational reports and financial analyses.
• Assist leadership team in developing ROI for projects and initiatives.
• Produce timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
• Advise staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.
• Respond to inquiries regarding financial results, special reporting requests, etc.
• Strive to improve workflows for accuracy, security, and efficiency.
• Provide reports to company’s ownership.
• Protect the company by keeping financial and other information confidential.
• Conduct analyses of financial statements, contracts, data and other information.
• Development and calculation of KPIs and other measures.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in Business with an emphasis on Finance; Master’s/MBA preferred
• At least 5 years financial analytics experience required.
• Supervisor experience required.

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel required.
• Familiarity with enterprise budgeting software desired.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks consistently and accurately.

• Must be able to successfully pass all preliminary employment requirements (i.e., background check and drug screen).
• Must be able to travel up to 15%.  Travels regularly to alternate sites for internal audits and Client support.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
