Position Summary
As a HRIS Specialist with Life Time, you will provide overall support to Human Capital teams technical initiatives. You will work with team technical leads to drive and evolve the continued automation of our HRIS processes and will work to continually improve the team member experience, adoption, functionality, reporting and training on HC Systems.
You will also provide a level of operational support for the Talent Acquisition team in the areas of system enhancements, technology optimization, and other support functions as assigned.
This role will work closely with the Life Time Workday Operations team and also our Functional and Human Capital Business SMEs.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Partners with Human Capital teams in the planning and execution of technical initiatives.
Identify areas of improvement in system configuration and deployment and determine system and process enhancements and improvements.
Provides support in finding and implementing system efficiencies and optimization.
Serve as the liaison between the company and vendors to assist in issue resolution.
Provide customer service and troubleshoot Application Tracking System (ATS) technical issues for Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers.
Develop Workday Recruiting knowledge documents and training materials for Recruiter and Hiring Manager reference.
Provides support in the areas of reporting and analytics.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required. In lieu of a degree, 1 – 3 equivalent HRIS work experience considered.
Strong project management skills

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Technical proficiency with HRIS systems including Workday and/or ServiceNow
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and execute
Ability to proactively identify issues and drive resolution
Experience documenting detailed requirements, design documents, and workflows
Analyze and collaborate with the team to solve business challenges and develop continuous improvements to business and HR-related processes
Effective operating in virtual environments
Customer service focus with the ability to drive projects through completion in a diplomatic manner to win buy-in from stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a customer service environment
Experience working in Talent Acquisition.
One or more years of experience supporting a recruiting team
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
Workday HRIS experience
Service Now Case and/or Knowledge experience a plus
One or more years of experience working as a system administrator
