```Job Overview```
We are seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as Lifeguards. As a Lifeguard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests at our pool facility. This is a rewarding position that requires strong swimming skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly in emergency situations.

```Duties```
- Monitor pool area to ensure the safety of all guests
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment
- Respond promptly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents
- Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and assisting with inquiries
- Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment and report any issues
- Administer first aid and CPR when necessary

```Requirements```
- Must be a certified Lifeguard with current certifications in First Aid and CPR
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water rescue techniques
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to enforce rules effectively
- Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, swimming, and performing heavy lifting

Pay: $13.97 - $14.95 per hour
