After going through a reorganization to move from a regional to a global focus, they are now looking to build a Center of Excellence (CoE) to create consistent processes around the world.
As part of this effort, they’re looking for an exceptional Demand Planning Manager to build and lead the CoE. This is a highly visible role that will report to the Director of Global S&OP.

Position Description:
Work with Demand Planning teams in the Americas, Europe and Asia to implement best practices and drive standardization.
Aggregate demand from the regional offices to create a global demand picture.
Lead the development- and management of key performance indicators (KPI’s).
Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
Work closely with supply planning and logistics to identify, communicate and mitigate risk in production, capacity and inventory.
Identify and coordinate improvements to the forecasting system.
Advise sales and marketing of variances between existing forecasts, plans and actuals.
Identify areas of opportunity in the Demand Planning process and make improvements.
Background Required:
Highly energetic individual with at least 5 years of demand planning experience.
Experience with Excel, Power BI and planning tools (i.e. SAP IBP, o9, Anaplan, Kinaxis, etc.) preferred.
Bachelors strongly preferred.
Proven track record of success in similar role.
Miscellaneous:
Compensation: $115,000 to $125,000 bonus.
Full benefit package including medical, dental and 401(k).
