Fiscal Management: Assists in the preparation of the annual budget. Prepares monthly reports on major variances.Operations. Works with managers to assure day-to-day operations are effective. Evaluates the effectiveness of operations and makes changes as appropriate.
Revenue Cycle: Attends appropriate meetings to obtain updated information as well as monitor physician revenue reports. Identifies opportunities to enhance collections. Implements process improvements.
Patient Satisfaction: Identifies opportunities to improve client satisfaction and implements improvement initiatives.
Staff Supervision: Hires managers and supervises their performance and ability to manage their office operations. Meets with them on a regular basis to identify professional growth opportunities.
Strategic Planning: Provides statistical analysis necessary for strategic planning. Makes recommendations to enhance operations.
Quality Assurance: Directs quality control monitoring. Identifies quality improvement opportunities and facilitates their implementation.
Professional Development: Identifies training and development opportunities for staff and self. Facilitates and participates in development activities for self and staff.
