JOB SUMMARY: Under general supervision the Education Specialist has the ability to work alone on regular duties while referring appropriately to manager or other resources for escalation or support. The education specialist should exhibit customer service skills necessary to provide ongoing remote or on-site support of end users. The education specialist possesses strong communication skills adapted to the requirements of the customers. The education specialist demonstrates the ability to deliver education for providers and office staff based on standard curriculum that is current and adapted to the requirements of the customer.
