Position: DSP Team Leader (Direct Support Professional)
As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Program Manager with the supervision and smooth operation of our exceptional residential program.
What Does a Team Leader Do?
- Coordinate and supervise daily programmatic functions, including staff supervision, maintaining the residence, and implementing individual treatment plans.
- Ensure client records are maintained in accordance with regulations and Becket's policies and procedures.
- Oversee the development and implementation of skill development programs, treatment plan goals, ISP objectives, and all other aspects of our dynamic residential programming.
- Participate in the orientation and training of new employees, fostering a supportive team environment.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide ongoing supervision and guidance.
- Contribute to the Emergency On-Call system as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.

Hiring Requirements:
- At least 2 years of related experience
- MAP Certification & valid driver's license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Satisfactory completion of background screening and pre-employment checks
