LifeLine EMS
We have a wonderful group of individuals that work for us and we need a very strong, hard working and positive individual to direct them, as they run their transports. This position requires an individual who can make good decisions for the company, our crews and our patients. We want someone with unparalleled customer service skills who has a professional attitude. This individual must be able to create a positive working environment, while holding people accountable and the standard that we demand. This position is demanding and requires quick, logical decisions to be made in a moment.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Multi-task, while making important decisions in high stress situations
- Manage team members and handle administrative duties (i.e., coordinate schedules, distribute/delegate workloads, and apply and enforce company policies
- Dispatch all vehicles both ambulance and wheelchair
- Market company by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and patients, as well as recognize new business opportunities
- Ability to operate two-way radio in emergent and non-emergent situations
- Answer phones effectively and ensure an extremely high level of customer service with everyone we serve
- Must have knowledge of the Dallas and surrounding areas
- Maintain all paperwork and submit on time (i.e., EOS, UU report, schedule, inventory etc.)
- Ability to motivate crews as a Team and keep LifeLine EMS on time for all transports
- Report problems to management immediately
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested
