What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Lifepro Fitness?

Lifepro is a leading provider of innovative fitness equipment and accessories designed to support and inspire a healthy and active lifestyle.

The best candidate for this position is someone who is passionate about helping others and loves administrative tasks. This candidate will report directly to the Executive Assistant of the CRO.

This candidate must be local to Howell, NJ.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
  • Handling phone calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries.
  • Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files.
  • Preparing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Data entry and database management.
  • Assisting Executive Assistant with any tasks or events

2.Correspondence:

  • Composing and formatting emails, letters, and other written communication.
  • Drafting and editing documents, reports, or presentations.
  • Proofreading and ensuring accuracy in written materials.

3.Organization and Coordination:

  • Assisting with event planning and coordination.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
  • Ordering office supplies and managing inventory.

4.Research:

  • Conducting internet research on various topics.
  • Compiling information and summarizing findings.
  • Providing briefs or reports based on research.

5.Project Support:

  • Assisting with project management tasks, such as tracking timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinating meetings and communication among team members.

6.Personal Assistance:

  • Running errands, such as picking up groceries or supplies.
  • Making reservations and appointments.
  • Assisting with personal tasks as requested.

7.Other Administrative Duties:

  • Providing general office support as needed.
  • Taking meeting minutes and distributing them to attendees.
  • Assisting with onboarding new employees or clients.

Requirements:

  • Some High School
  • Experience in office work
  • Must be eager to help
  • Must be creative
  • Must be organized
  • Must be easy going and teachable

I prefer this individual to work M-F 8-2pm but can be flexible. Pay is between $15-18/ hr based on experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Township of Howell, NJ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
