We also offer generous paid sick time, good vacation, and one personal day off per year. This position is being offered in the Albuquerque area. This is a part-time position with opportunity to grow.
Responsible for general tech support for staff, workstation set up and take down, managing inventory, and handle maintenance and deployment of printers and copiers. Will also manage domain users, network drives, various logs, and research and fill purchase requisitions for new hardware. This position will also handle the ShoreTel Phone system and company website.
Requirements
The knowledge and experience needed for this position are:
- AA in in computer science preferred
- Two years of general IT experience as a help desk technician or similar
- Basic network experience
- Be in process of pursuing A certification, Network certification or MS certification preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage one’s own time
- Be curious, willing to search for solutions, and be resourceful
Conditions of Employment:
- Drug test, fingerprints, and background check
- Must have vaccination card
- Must have a valid and current driver’s license or identification card with safe driving record and must have current auto insurance as required by applicable state law.
