Deli Production

We are looking for a few additions to our prepared foods team. We make fantastic natural and organic foods from scratch to sell in our store and we have fun while we make it. LifeSource is an independently owned natural foods store that has been nourishing the community since 1994.

We are looking for someone who:

• *Has professional cooking experience
• *Is gregarious, has a great personality, and works well with others,
• * Has a great work ethic and is very productive,
• Uses and is enthusiastic about natural foods (this is preferred),
• Is a great team member,
• Takes directions from others easily,
• Is comfortable working in a small kitchen with several people,
• Is trained in correct food safety and food handling standards,
• Is a good cleaner, willing to do dishes, mopping, and deep cleaning
• Is available for work on weekdays, weekends, and evenings
• Can be on their feet all the time during their shifts,
• Can lift and carry items up to 30 pounds a lot during each shift and can lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally,
• Is comfortable doing work that sometimes is repetitive.
• Has good references
