Summary: Performs a variety of duties
pertaining to the outcome measures and psychological testing of Adolescent
Partial Hospital and SafeQuest patients scoring of tests and recording test
results. Trains and supervises milieu staff in administration of appropriate
tests. Provides services to children and
adolescents.
Responsibilities: Schedules administers and scores outcomes and measures psychological Submits test data to the Senior Psychology Assistant/Supervisor Reviews patient Hospital records. Complies and submits data Works with the Senior Psychology Assistant and/or Performs a variety of related duties to assist Program Maintains accurate inventory and records of psychological Designs appropriate forms to facilitate scoring of outcomes Documents patient information relevant to outcomes measures Provides patient satisfaction questionnaire to Teens at time Meets with parents/guardians at time of admission and Works with clinicians to schedule and coordinate times to Performs other related duties as required assigned or Observes all Hospital policies rules and regulations.

Psychology or related field is required.
