We are seeking a Home Health Aide
Location: Boulder Ponds located in Lake Elmo, MN
Schedule: 7 am to 7 pm - every other weekend!
Wage Range - $15 - $18.85 ; There is an additional pay differential of $1.50 extra per hour for PM and $2 extra per hour for NOC shifts.
Bonus Opportunity if hired: For every 5 shifts you pick up, you get $500!

Responsibilities:
Provide a helpful and caring attitude towards tenants, families, and other staff.
Assist clients in getting ready for their daily, evening or night routines as delegated by licensed nurse and according to each client’s service plan.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience in an Assisted Living community is preferred.
