What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Lifetime Activities?
Position Overview: In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of serving our customers and community members in our pro-shop and office. Primary responsibilities include student registration, equipment sales, and racquet stringing. At times, you will be asked to assist in facility maintenance (court cleaning/drying and upkeep, restroom and pro-shop cleaning).
Responsibilities:
Report to Isabella Feinberg, General Manager and Sammy Mestizo, Asst. General Manager of Lifetime Activities San Francisco
- Greeting Patrons and assisting with general inquiries (in person, by phone, and email)
- Enforce company policies and guidelines with customers, including COVID-19 safety protocols
- Opening or closing the facility (depending on shift)
- Registering students for programs and leagues
- Reserving and managing courts
- Retail sales & Inventory control
- Pro-shop upkeep
- Racquet stringing (training available)
- Private lesson scheduling
- Cleaning, disinfecting, and maintenance of the facility, pro-shop, restrooms, and courts (squeegeeing and rolling courts, blowing leaves)
- Any other duties as assigned by the General Manager
Schedule:
Full Time - Up to 40 hours per week
As with most CS positions, you understand that flexibility is a part of the position and that schedules may fluctuate due to organizational needs.
Compensation:
- $20-$23 per hour CSR, $17 per hour meeting rate
- Eligible for performance bonuses
- Eligible for 401K program with up to 4% matching once signed up (Requirements: At least 21 years of age, employed at Lifetime Activities for 6 months or longer)
- Eligible for participation in Company Health Plan (50% of employee premium covered by Lifetime Activities Inc.) – after being full time for 30 days
