What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at Lifetime Dental?
Part time bookkeeper needed for our dental office. Responsibilities include:
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare Payroll, W-2’s and 1099’s
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports
- Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
- Perform journal entries, post transactions and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
- Report analysis and findings to management
- Work with outside CPA Firm for Income Tax Filing
Applicant must have knowledge and experience with Quickbooks.
