Community Marketer

Lifetime Roofing, a dynamic and growing roofing company in East Lansing, Michigan, is seeking a dedicated Flexible Part-Time Community Marketer to join our team. You will be supported in the role by an experienced roofing leader, who will act as a mentor and team leader.

Responsibilities:

• Generate Leads: Pursue new lead and sales opportunities through primarily door to door lead generation in designated geographical areas.
• Build relationships with potential customers, including homeowners and potentially business owners.
• Book in appointments via company phone and track via app. Explain details of roofing consultation process to customers.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Commitment to 20 hours per week. There is flexibility offered in agreeing working hours and days, but there are no midweek daytime opportunities at present. All hours will be midweek after school or weekend daytimes.
• Previous Sales/Marketing experience is ESSENTIAL. Strong communication and negotiation skills preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet marketing targets.
• Customer focus, team player, self-driven and organized. This skillset will really assist you to excel and earn great money in this position. The sky is the limit!

• Projected first year earnings working 20 hours per week of over $55,000. For high achievers this could double!
