The Product team is dedicated to Total Wellbeing, purpose-driven products and championing the discipline of market driven, user-centric product methodology. Our users are internal and external, crossing geographies, segments, lines of business and functional areas. We aim to solve market problems now and before they are needed. We work with teams, partners, and leaders across LifeWorks and innovation eco-systems.
Our team is currently looking to hire a Product Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for the product management of assigned feature teams and/or initiatives. The successful candidate will be a product team leader and will manage a cross-functional feature team responsible for all aspects of products and services within their portfolio. This includes planning, prioritization, and execution of feature development, go to market and lifecycle management with keen focus on user experience and product metrics.

Responsibilities:
* Work with the Product leadership and other Product Managers on aligning to the platform vision and strategy, and contributing to the overall future direction of the product.
* Relay the product vision clearly and concisely to cross-functional teams;
* Collaborate with Product management to understand customer and user needs, seek out new opportunities and establish actionable insights, to form a concise product backlog.
* Contribute to the wider product roadmap planning and co-ordination effort to ensure a holistic customer experience, and professional operations.
* Helps to develops positioning for the product.
* Works with the colleagues in Product to communicate the release of new features, and encourage effective adoption amongst customer base.
* Acts as a product leader within the company
* Supports in the development of the business case for new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures.
* Bring the voice of the customer into the work that you do, connecting with clients in different ways/using different methods (i.e., interviews, surveys etc.)
Succeeding as a Product Manager requires the following core qualifications and skills:
* 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager; previous experience in Program Management and project management is an asset.
* Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to clearly articulate the product vision.
* A skillful negotiator within internal and external team environments
* Strong analytic and information synthesis skills
* Experience of validating assumptions and grounding ideas in data but with an entrepreneurial streak that allows you to identify opportunities and solutions and guide the team through them.
* The ability to turn a business vision into product objectives and establish objectives and key results to monitor performance
* Be able to discern the need for urgent delivery against effective discovery and validation
* Experience working with design and engineering teams to create the best user experience that addresses need, solves problems, and highlights opportunities.
* Highly analytical and technical in approach
* Experience of delivering digital solutions using Agile methodology
* Experience of using Azure DevOps, Trello, Confluence or similar
* PC proficiency to include the Microsoft product suite and Teams collaboration tools
