Your Role:
As a member of our Customer Support team, you’ll be the welcoming face and helpful guide for our customers. Your role is all about delivering top-tier service and unforgettable experiences. From handling email inquiries and bookings to engaging with customers during flight operations, you’ll ensure every interaction is smooth and enjoyable.
What You’ll Do:
- Front Desk Duties: Greet and register customers, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
- Customer Hospitality: Provide a welcoming and supportive environment at our training center, assisting customers throughout their experience.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate order fulfillment and customer records.
- Booking Support: Assist customers with bookings and provide general support.
- Communications: Respond to and manage the support inbox, forwarding and assigning tasks as needed.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory to ensure everything is in stock and ready for use.
- Retail Sales: Engage with customers and handle sales transactions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Background in retail, event operations, and customer service. You thrive on making customers happy and solving problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Mindset: A proactive, ownership mentality with a focus on team success and problem-solving.
- Flexibility: Potential to travel (50% ) as we expand our operations across the U.S.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated ability to positively interact with customers.
- Proven track record of teamwork and customer service excellence.
- Ability to take ownership and proactively solve problems.

Thursday through Sunday, with the potential for additional days and hours as needed.
