Taproom Supervisor
Required skills
Experience in a lead or management position for a taproom, bar, restaurant, or food service environment.
Experience in scheduling and employee management
Must be available to work at least 5 days per week including nights, weekends & holidays.
Experience with working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting while remaining calm and organized
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from guests with respect and courtesy.
Working knowledge of Google Applications and general tech equipment and software.
POS System Knowledge, maintenance troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Serve alcohol responsibly by adhering to all Company policies, local, state, and federal regulations concerning the sale of alcohol.
Maintain and enforce daily cleanliness of the New Richmond taproom, draft cooler, and surrounding areas.
Assist in staffing the New Richmond taproom and .
Ensure taproom materials are stocked and reorder as needed.
Open and close POS system daily during hours of operation.
Reduce operational costs by staffing the taproom appropriately, minimizing waste, and making sure staff are fulfilling their responsibilities.
Be able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
