Job Description: We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager at Superb Cannabis Co. This role combines creative design skills with social media expertise to drive engagement and brand awareness in the cannabis industry. As a Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling content and managing our social media channels to promote our brand and products effectively.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Designer:

• Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including advertisements, packaging, product labels, brochures, and website assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design layouts that align with our brand identity and messaging.
• Produce high-quality designs that effectively communicate our brand story and resonate with our target audience.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with printers and other vendors to oversee the production process and ensure the quality of final deliverables.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of digital assets, such as website graphics, email templates, and online advertisements.

Social Media Manager:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
• Create and curate compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that align with our brand voice and resonate with our target audience.
• Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and conversations related to our brand and industry, and engage with followers as needed.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend strategies for optimization and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media initiatives with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager, preferably in the cannabis industry or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Canva and other graphic design software.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and interact with followers on social media.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and advertising techniques.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Passion for design, social media, and the cannabis industry.
• Portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work, with an emphasis on branding, website creation, packaging, and marketing materials.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
