Core Responsibilities:
Compile, monitor, and analyze sales data, competitive activity, and market trends and provide actionable insights to guide the commercial teams.
Measure and evaluate sales performance and support demand and revenue forecasting.
Help design, build and maintain a Sales BI ecosystem, including dashboards, tools, and other data analytics.
Provide actionable insights to guide the commercial teams.
Help define metrics and quantitative information to proactively engage in process improvements.
Service ad-hoc analytics requests and projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Analytics / Accounting / Finance / Business Administration / Economics / or other closely related field
2-5 years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence
Possess a passion for helping others, uncovering solutions, and telling stories with data.
High proficiency with forecasting and analysis and an understanding of visualization concepts that drive storytelling.
Demonstrated ability in an Analyst /BI role supporting the Sales function.
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with SQL are a must.
Knowledge of Sales and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Familiarity with Power BI, or other visualization tools, and analytics tools such as Python and R a plus.
Experience with planning software such as Anaplan or Prophix a plus.
Experience onboarding acquisitions is a plus.
