Core Responsibilities:

• Compile, monitor, and analyze sales data, competitive activity, and market trends and provide actionable insights to guide the commercial teams.
• Measure and evaluate sales performance and support demand and revenue forecasting.

• Help design, build and maintain a Sales BI ecosystem, including dashboards, tools, and other data analytics.

• Provide actionable insights to guide the commercial teams.

• Help define metrics and quantitative information to proactively engage in process improvements.
• Service ad-hoc analytics requests and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics / Accounting / Finance / Business Administration / Economics / or other closely related field
• 2-5 years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence
• Possess a passion for helping others, uncovering solutions, and telling stories with data.
• High proficiency with forecasting and analysis and an understanding of visualization concepts that drive storytelling.
• Demonstrated ability in an Analyst /BI role supporting the Sales function.
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with SQL are a must.
• Knowledge of Sales and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Power BI, or other visualization tools, and analytics tools such as Python and R a plus.
• Experience with planning software such as Anaplan or Prophix a plus.
• Experience onboarding acquisitions is a plus.
