Job Description
Working closely with our development teams, the QA analyst is responsible for testing games produced in our studio.
The role consists of:
- Working within an agile and/or waterfall environment to find and document any issues with the product under test.
- Analyzing technical design documents to identify high-level test scenarios.
- Preparing and participating in performance, and security testing as required.
- Flagging perceived risks in terms of deadline or the quality of the product being delivered.
- Functional front-end game testing
- Server and math testing i.e. back-end testing
- Ensuring game is deployed to production on time i.e. timelines are met
- Writing acceptance criteria for stories
- Communicating with third party vendors for game submissions/certifications
- Ensuring the game meets regulations across different markets
- Ensuring new regulations are documented
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with relevant video game or software testing experience.
- Experience in testing video games and/or complex software products
- Experience working on a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with the scrum methodology would be an asset
- Interest in math / casino games would be an asset
Corporate communication is primarily in English, but the ability to speak French would be an asset.
