Lighthouse Drilling, LLC is seeking a self-starting, talented and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as a Bookkeeper and D.O.T. (department of transportation) admin manager. The primary responsibilities of this role are to assist with Quickbooks data entry (accounts receivable / payable / receipts etc) and to manage the D.O.T. administrative duties required for a fleet of approximately 100 trucks, trailers and miscellaneous equipment. This position can be full or part-time. Training is available & provided !
This position requires working in a fun, upbeat, fast-paced environment where your multi-tasking and organizational skills will be put to test.

Major Duties:
- Quickbooks data entry
- Filing and Organizing
- Tracking & updating lists for company Vehicle & Equipment fleet
- Communicating with, supporting, and working with company DOT mechanics
- DOT training classes (as needed)
- Vehicle & fleet registration renewals as needed
Basic Requirements:
- Demonstrating Lighthouse's Core Values: Safety, Performance, Integrity
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Typing 40 WPM (candidates will take an online typing test).
- Professional and empathetic phone demeanor.
- Ability to analyze a situation quickly and prioritize based on company guidelines.
- Solution-oriented, "CAN DO!" attitude with the desire to grow and learn
- Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge & history in DOT management
- Strong, applicable knowledge of Quickbooks Online
- Strong, applicable knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, and Excel
