Responsibilities
What You'll Do
A Busperson will ensure that all tables are clean and properly set while also assisting the Food Runner when necessary
Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers. Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery
Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality. Exhibit professionalism and friendliness at all times
Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions
Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned
Process all payment methods
Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance
Perform other duties as assigned
