What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality improvement position at Lighthouse Youth Services, Inc?
Quality Improvement and Training Coordinator Lighthouse Youth & Family Services is seeking a LSW or LPC to manage agency-wide compliance and quality.
This position will also provide staff training in a variety of agency subjects : EHR (Carelogic), clinical documentation, diversity, Trauma Informed Care and more as needed.
Starting pay $48,800 Essential Functions :
- Assist in the facilitation of the agency quality improvement process, including obtaining data, analyzing data, and implementing strategies.
- Assist program leadership in developing measurable outcome indicators.
- Oversee the satisfaction survey process, summarize results, and make recommendations according to the data.
- Assist with identifying evidence-based and best practice approaches for programs in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer, Vice Presidents, and Directors.
- Manage all licensing and accreditation processes for the organization in partnership with the Chief Operating Officer and VP of Operations.
- Develop and deliver training and professional development to employees across the agency.
- Develops and implements a plan to deliver training to external participants building a potential revenue stream for Lighthouse.
Qualifications :
- Two (2) years client care experience preferred.
- Experience with delivering trainings.
