Our small, but growing, company is looking for weatherization and insulation technicians with basic building performance understanding. HVAC knowledge is highly welcomed. The daily tasks consist of home energy diagnostic testing and repairs to enhance the efficiency of homes and their energy consumption/loss. Responsibilities include blower door testing, HVAC duct repairs, air sealing, insulation projects, duct cleaning, and tasks that assist our customers in achieving the maximum savings. This job is not for the weak, employees must be able to manage themselves in attics and all areas of residential homes.

Additional tasks may include assisting with loading/unloading insulation, operating machinery, box trucks and trailers, and any other requests to accommodate a smooth operation. Applicant must also be capable of photo and electronic submissions through Ipads/phones.

The ideal candidate would be flexible in schedule, available for random Saturdays if needed, able to take charge, and comfortable representing our company when dealing with customers within their homes. Appointments run from 7:30AM but daily shift endings can vary from 12PM-6PM, Monday-Saturday. Sundays CLOSED.

Salary position ranging from $32,000 to $46,000 per year, depending on BPI and HVAC certifications/experience. (Benefits also available at this time with FREE dental offered to FT employees.) Positions available immediately as our team has too many appointments to keep up with.
