Marketing Coordinator

Lighting for Impact is seeking a highly organized, creative, and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting marketing strategies and activities while coordinating the scheduling, distribution, and content assets for multiple channels. This role demands a blend of analytical skills and creativity, with a keen eye for details and a passion for marketing and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, development, scheduling, and execution of various marketing activities
• Track, report, and archive results and maintain associated content and assets inventory
• Use/maintain content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Prepare and distribute sales support content, reports, and presentations
• Support sales team with prospecting tools, support materials, and scheduling of requested meetings
• Maintain promotional materials inventory/tracking and update with ongoing changes
• Research competitor product/service characteristics and marketing/social media activities
• Assist in trade show support by identifying and coordinating scheduling, requirements, and deadlines
• Work with collaboration partners and other third parties to collect content information/assets
• Maintain retail industry knowledge via trade publications, news announcements, and opportunities database
• Conduct website copywriting changes and image asset updates using WordPress
• Assist other department team members as needed

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, journalism, business, or related field
• 2 years of experience in a marketing role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/Pardot, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Experience with social media management (listening/curation/community-building/paid programming)
• Understanding of content optimization for different social channels and web formats
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well and pivot in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Creative problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude

Pay: $44,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
