Your opportunity We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Team in Austin, TX. You’ll be responsible for launching new products on time and on budget. What you’ll do Execute assigned product roadmap, prioritize product requirements, and negotiate key trade-offs in product definition Lead the cross-functional project team to deliver on the business case, product requirements, configuration management and NPI forecast Execute projects on time and within budget and deliver Phase Gate reviews for senior management in collaboration with Program Management Own product lifecycle management for assigned product lines and manage end-of-life transitions including inventory levels to minimize financial exposure Develop and deliver product presentations in launch activities Collaborate with sales and product marketing to better understand customer needs and synthesize into compelling product offering What you’ll need Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business preferred 8 years of experience supporting product (engineering, marketing, development) 3 years of experience in a Product Management role Strong skills in leading a team of 2 or more, with business acumen and can work collaboratively Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to enable informed decision making Excellent communication and presentation skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
