Duties and work should be performed according to work schedules and established procedures. This role may require daily assignment changes. Responsibilities   Daily Check cleanliness of entry vestibules Check restrooms for trash, supplies, and overall cleanliness Clean/disinfect restrooms Clean/disinfect drinking fountains and water dispensers Empty trash receptacles and replace liners for both interior and exterior collection points Provide routine cleaning services in meeting rooms, the lobby, and check other high traffic areas Dust office space dusting windowsills and ledges Clean glass Weekly/Monthly Vacuum carpet Restock paper goods and soap in restrooms Handrail/banisters damp wiping Stairwell cleaning Shampoo carpets as scheduled   Semi-Annual/As needed Exterior Window washing (semi-annual) Spot cleaning finger marks Trash removal Spill cleanup in public areas and spot shampooing carpet Wet mopping as needed tasks/duties/responsibilities that occur most often Graffiti removal Other duties as assigned                                                                                                 Competencies Customer Service: Passion for delivering exemplary service. Flexibility: You should be willing to be flexible with your daily tasks and be willing to react to and deal with change as needed. Reliability is key as the Facilities team is expected to be at work daily and work occasional after-hours and be on-call for unscheduled events or occurrences.
